Important Notes

  • Payment Methods & Requirements

    1. Registration for participation in the event is only possible via the event website or personally at the event venue.

    2. Accepted payment methods: Credit card (MasterCard/Visa only), Wechat, Alipay or bank transfer. Detailed operation guidelines are provided during online registration. On-site registration accepts Credit Cards/Debit Cards/Wechat/Alipay/Cash.

    3. All prices are quoted inclusive of the required sales tax, where required.

    4. Students are offered a discounted registration fee. Such discounted fee shall be granted subject to appropriate proof (student ID card, confirmation from university), to be given prior to the beginning of the event. Failure to provide proof of student status will result in the Participant having to pay the difference between the full price and the discounted price, in order to be admitted to the event.

  • Cancellation Policy

    If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.

    • 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund.
    • 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund.
    • Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund.
    • If the conference cannot be held on time due to force majeure such as politics, weather and disasters, the organizer will not bear any compensation and will not refund the registration fee.
    • Cancellation and refund request must be made formally by email.
